For small jobs under €300, no deposit is required. For larger infrastructure projects, we typically require 30% upfront upon proposal acceptance, 40% at the midpoint, and the final 30% on successful project completion.
Do you offer monthly retainer agreements for ongoing maintenance?
Yes. Monthly retainers are available and include a defined block of support hours, priority response times, proactive system monitoring, and discounted rates for additional work beyond the contracted hours.
